Return & Refund Policy
We’re committed to delivering a product you can trust. Due to the consumable nature of Anti+Dose™, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure safety, transparency, and fair handling of returns.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by visiting our Contact Us page and submitting the form with your order details.
Eligibility Guidelines:
- Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) business days of delivery (as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking).
- The order must have been placed directly through Antidose.com.
- Single bottle purchases are not eligible for return.
- Only orders of six (6) bottles or more may be considered for a return, and eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
- More than 75% of the product must be remaining in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund minus a $10 return processing fee. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected by your bank.
Please Note:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or websites are not eligible for return.
- Opened, heavily used, or empty bottles will not be accepted.
- Excessive return requests may be denied at Endolibrium LLC’s discretion.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us at support@endolibrium.com within fourteen (14) business days of delivery. Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and photo evidence may be required.
