The following terms and conditions, along with the applicable provisions set forth in our Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), constitute the Terms of Sale applied to your orders placed with Endolibrium, LLC (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
1. Product Descriptions
Endolibrium, LLC strives to make the Site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. However, there may be times when certain information on the Site may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the Site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or update product information at any time without notice.
2. Availability and Pricing
Endolibrium, LLC reserves the right to change the prices and available products at any time. Quantities of some products may be limited, and stock cannot always be guaranteed. Products offered for sale on the Site are available for shipment only to the United States, and all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Shipments of any item(s) to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to different fees, which fluctuate based on prevailing rates charged by the shipping service used.
If a product’s correct price is higher than the listed price, we will, in our discretion, either confirm the correct price with you or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order and to limit quantities. We will not be liable if a product is unavailable or if shipment is delayed.
4. Returns
For all requests to return orders placed through the Site, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the form with details. Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) business days of the order’s delivery date, as determined by the shipper’s tracking number. Purchases made outside of our Endolibrium.com website are not eligible for a return or refund. You must have proof of purchase and more than 75% of the product remaining. Once we receive a valid return request, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to return the remaining product. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued. We will deduct a $10 return fee from the amount returned. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be made available to you by your bank. Excessive return requests may be denied at Endolibrium, LLC’s discretion.
5. Damaged or Incomplete Shipment
If you placed an order through the Site and receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact Endolibrium, LLC at support@endolibrium.com. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within fourteen (14) business days of the order’s delivery date, as determined by the shipper’s tracking number.
6. Payment
By providing a credit card, bank information, or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize Endolibrium, LLC (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method you provide cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended (pending verification of legitimacy) or canceled.
We accept the forms of payment stated on the Site and, for credit and debit card payments, charge your credit or debit card when your order is processed. Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon: (a) you providing complete personal, account, transaction, and any other information needed, (b) authorization of the payment by your credit or debit card company, and (c) acceptance of your payment. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel your payment at any time by providing notice to you through your contact information or by a notice when you attempt to make a payment. We may cancel a payment or prevent you from initiating future payments for any reason, including, without limitation, the following: (i) if you attempt to use the services in breach of any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the card network rules or regulations; (ii) if you use the services in breach of these terms; (iii) if we suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity regarding a payment; (iv) if we detect, in our sole discretion, that your payments have excessive disputes, high reversal rates, or present a relatively high risk of losses; or (v) failure to cooperate in an investigation or provide additional information when requested.
7. Coupon Codes/Promotions
Promotional codes for free shipping or other promotions and discounts may be made available from time to time. Customers must apply coupon codes to the order before completing the transaction. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders and cannot be used outside of the active dates shown on promotional banners.
