The following terms and conditions, along with the applicable provisions set forth in our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), constitute the Shipping Policy applied to your orders placed with Endolibrium, LLC (sometimes referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

Shipping Schedules

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12 PM EST are anticipated to ship within 24 hours. Our warehouse does not process shipments on Federal holidays or weekends. Expedited orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST typically ship the same day; otherwise, they will ship the following business day.

Endolibrium, LLC is not responsible for late deliveries caused by delays or other actions of the shipping/delivery provider.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Orders placed within the contiguous 48 states will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for all standard deliveries unless otherwise noted in a promotion.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to different fees, which will fluctuate based on current rates charged by the shipping service used.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost Packages

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 business days by visiting our Contact Uspage and submitting the form with details about your issue. While Endolibrium, LLC is not responsible for lost packages, we will make every effort to assist you in locating the package when possible. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment to the correct address, or if Endolibrium determines, in its sole discretion, that requests for re-shipment are excessive.

Other Information

Promotional codes for free shipping or other discounts may be made available from time to time. Customers must apply coupon codes to the order before completing the transaction. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders and cannot be used outside of the active dates shown on promotional banners.

  • 2 oz. Energy Shots: All orders containing only 2 oz. energy shots and of a quantity equal to or greater than ten (10) bottles qualify for $5.00 shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Orders of a single 6-pack will be charged $10.00 shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders not covered by the above categories, standard shipping rates will be applied based on the total weight of the order.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.: At this time, we only offer shipping to the contiguous United States

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
